At Miss Molly’s, good food and genuine hospitality go hand in hand. From our cafe to our catering and wholesale kitchen, we make everything from scratch, serve with intention, and hold ourselves to high standards.
Miss Molly’s Cafe was built with intention—and built to last.
Founder Molly Sullivan spent years working as a pastry chef and baker for small, independent businesses in Milwaukee, on the West Coast, and throughout the Midwest, preparing for one goal: opening her own cafe. She chose small businesses deliberately to learn the full scope of the work—how menus are developed, how teams are built, how operations run day to day, and how quality is maintained.
Miss Molly’s was founded in 2012 as a one-person baking business focused on cakes and desserts and opened its cafe in 2017, building steadily into the multi-channel operation it is today.
The cafe is rooted in the neighborhood where Molly grew up, and that connection continues to shape how the business shows up every day—for guests, for partners, and for the team. The focus has always been on building something dependable, well-run, and welcoming—whether someone is stopping in for coffee, ordering catering, or working with us as a long-term partner.
Today, Miss Molly’s serves thousands of guests with a team of over 25 people across its cafe, catering, and wholesale programs. Everything is still developed in-house, made from scratch, and held to the same standards the business was built on from day one.
