Miss Molly's is a cozy neighborhood cafe that specializes in fresh, seasonally inspired meals and scratch-made bakery served by people who care about the food we make and the people we feed.

We set high expectations for ourselves because delighting our community through uncommonly kind service and honest food matters.

Molly Sullivan,
Owner + Founder

When Molly was about 8 years old she decided she wanted to own a cafe someday.

The idea came and went over the years but she could no longer deny it once she had the opportunity to study abroad in Paris. Molly has worked in cafes and fine dining restaurants in the Midwest and on the West Coast. Molly returned to her Milwaukee roots in 2012 and worked as a pastry chef for locally owned and operated Milwaukee restaurants. Also during 2012 Molly made weddings cakes and desserts in her free time which led to the creation of her side business, Miss Molly’s Pastries.

Molly was determined to grow her side hustle into a full blown brick and mortar cafe. After 5 years of tweaking business plans and working multiple jobs she finally convinced a bank to lend her the cash. Miss Molly's Cafe & Pastry Shop opened in 2017 just a few blocks from Molly’s childhood home.

Molly lives just down the street from the cafe with her husband Lee, daughter Noelle, and dog Wally.
