We welcome high school students who can commit to at least one weekend day per week during the school year. We are currently hiring For:

  • About the Role

    Miss Molly’s Cafe is looking for a highly organized, reliable person to support our growing wholesale program. This role focuses on packaging and delivering fresh, from-scratch bakery and lunch items to our wholesale partners throughout the Milwaukee area.

    This is a part-time position with consistent daytime hours, ideal for someone looking for structured, independent work during school hours.

    Schedule

    • 3–4 days per week (within Tuesday–Sunday delivery schedule)

    • Typical shift: 9am–1pm

    • Additional hours may be available as the program grows, especially during summer months

    Responsibilities

    Order Packaging & Preparation

    • Accurately pack wholesale orders based on daily order sheets

    • Label all items clearly and consistently

    • Ensure orders are complete, organized, and ready for delivery

    • Maintain a clean and organized packing area

    Delivery

    • Deliver orders to local wholesale partners on a set route (Wauwatosa, East Side, Downtown)

    • Ensure timely and professional drop-offs

    • Communicate any delays or issues as needed

    Inventory & Coordination

    • Track what is packed and delivered each day

    • Flag low inventory or missing items

    • Assist with light organization of wholesale storage and supplies

    Vehicle Responsibility

    • Safely operate the company delivery van

    • Keep vehicle clean and organized

    • Report any maintenance or safety concerns

    Requirements

    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    • Comfortable driving a small delivery van

    • Ability to lift and carry up to ~30 lbs

    • Strong attention to detail and organization

    • Punctual and dependable

    • Comfortable working independently

    • Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with partners

    Compensation

    • $17–$19/hour depending on experience

  • We’re looking for a reliable part-time line cook who enjoys working in a fast-paced daytime café kitchen and takes pride in preparing fresh food with care and attention to detail.

    This role is a great fit for someone who prefers daytime hours and a positive team environment rather than late-night restaurant shifts.

    Position Details

    Pay: $18–$19 per hour depending on experience

    Schedule: Approximately 20–24 hours per week

    Required shifts:

    Tuesday
    Thursday
    Sunday
    Typical shift: 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM (some flexibility possible)

    Additional shifts or hours may be available for someone interested in picking up more time.

    Responsibilities

    Cook and plate breakfast and lunch menu items during café service
    Prepare ingredients and complete daily prep for service
    Follow house recipes and maintain consistency and quality
    Assist with catering and production when needed
    Maintain a clean and organized workstation
    Follow food safety and sanitation standards
    Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house team
    Qualifications

    1–3 years of line cook, prep cook, or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
    Ability to stay calm and organized during busy service
    Strong time management and attention to detail
    Reliability and a positive team attitude
    Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers
    Interest in from-scratch cooking and quality ingredients

  • A minimum of one year counter server experience is required. Barista experience is strongly preferred but not required. The ideal candidate is personable, hardworking, professional, and self-motivated. Candidates must be comfortable with multitasking and working in a fast paced environment.

    We are looking to fill 2-3 shifts per week, mostly weekdays, however weekend availability may be needed at times. The shifts are either 7-3pm or 9-3pm.     Duties include but are not limited to:

    - Take orders at the counter and over the phone with accuracy and efficiency

    - Ability to multitask pouring beverages and fulfilling bakery orders while engaging with customers and taking their orders

    - Assist with side work tasks such as making house beverages, stocking, running orders to tables, rolling silverware, etc

    - Participating in general cleaning tasks such as doing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and bussing tables

    Base wage + tips. Starting wage is based on experience. Opportunities for advancement available.
