MISS MOLLY SULLIVAN

Owner/Pastry Chef

It’s hard to say when Molly decided to pursue pastries as a profession but she has always had a sweet tooth. As a Wauwatosa native, she spent many summer nights riding her bike to Swan Pharmacy to pick out treats at the counter!

During her undergrad years she had the opportunity to study abroad in Paris, it was during this time that Molly began contemplating a career in culinary arts. Soon after undergrad she attended culinary school in Minneapolis. Molly has worked in cafes and fine dining restaurants in the Midwest and on the West Coast. Molly returned to her Milwaukee roots in 2012 and was hired as the pastry chef for Braise Restaurant. In 2016 she took a position as Executive Pastry Chef for Black Shoe Hospitality. 

Molly began catering parties in her free time which led to the creation of Miss Molly's Pastries in 2012. The company has grown over the years to become a top wedding caterer in Southeastern Wisconsin. Molly opened Miss Molly's Cafe & Pastry Shop in 2017 just a few blocks from her childhood home. 

Cassie Hersh

Executive Chef

Cassie grew up in Germantown, WI. She spent much of her childhood at home cooking with the family. As a teenager, she worked at Culver's and took an interest in the hospitality industry. While deciding on a career path, she went to culinary camp at the Illinois Institute of Art- Chicago and knew that Culinary Arts was what she wanted to pursue. Cassie attended Waukesha County Technical College and graduated with an Associates Degree in Culinary Management in 2013. She was named WCTC's "Culinary Student of the Year" and WCTC's "Outstanding Student of the Year". While attending Culinary school, Cassie started at Bluemound Golf & Country Club in Wauwatosa as an intern. Over the course of 3 years, she worked her way from intern to Sous Chef. After two years as Sous Chef at Bluemound, Cassie joined Miss Molly's team as Executive Chef in 2017. Cassie is excited for this next season of life, and for the future of Miss Molly's.

frankie Fleury

Cafe Manager

Growing up Frankie always loved baking, you might say she inherited her grandmother’s sweet tooth. As a student at Wauwatosa East High School she began to pursue the culinary arts. During her junior year in high school she participated in the National ProStart Invitational, a culinary competition for high school students across the country, and decided to attend culinary school in Minnesota. In 2015 she graduated with an Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry, however after graduating she found she felt more at home in the front of house rather than being behind the scenes. Frankie is very excited to join the Miss Molly’s team as Cafe Manager.

Laura Maigatter

Catering + Events Manager

Laura grew up in Milwaukee not far from Molly’s. She attended UW-Madison and worked in restaurants as a server throughout her college career. She dedicated a large portion of her 20’s to traveling the world, and even lived abroad for several years, always working in restaurants when home. Saying food was a driving force of her travels would be an understatement. After settling back in the states, she began working at Braise, where she met Molly. Always an admirer of her work ethic and sweet treats, Laura is thrilled to be able to share Molly’s work with the brides and grooms of Milwaukee. She has a passion for sustainable, locally sourced food, and a deep and abiding love of beekeeping, Not surprisingly, her favorite cake flavor at Miss Molly’s is the Wildflower Honey!
